Condé Nast’s revealed its plans to turn the fashion news site Style.com into a big e-commerce business in the UK. All the editorial content of the Style.com will be moved to VogueRunway.com, which will feature the runway shows and fashion designers’ collections, combined with the original content of Vogue. At the beginning, the new e-commerce will not hold an inventory; it will work through commissions and the shoppers will be able to choose from 100-200 brands.
