Tiffany & Co Jewellery: Desire Of All Women

By Visitor ClementAna
Tiffany & Co is one of the most coveted brands in the jewellery world. In the novella by Truman Capote, 'Breakfast at Tiffany's', the main character (later starred by Audrey Hepburn in the movie) refers to the Tifanny's store as 'the best place in the world, where nothing bad can take place'. Founded by Charles Lewis Tiffany in 1837 with only $1000 advance from Tiffany's father, the small entrepreneurship of a 'stationary and fancy' goods expanded quickly and stole the hearts of millions of people. An interesting fact about Tiffany's story is that it created the engagement ring as we know it today. In the past diamond rings were set in bezels, however, Tiffany & Co changed the design of a ring by lifting the gemstone off the band to display the brilliant-cut diamonds. And since then the famous Tiffany Setting (the name of the engagement ring) is considered to be a true symbol of love (About Tiffany & Co).

Tiffany & Co introduces its jewellery design through annual Blue Book Collection. The name comes from the signature Tiffany color, which has been decorating the cover of the Blue Book since 1878. This article showcase the recent Tiffany's collection, which is amazing, original and unique as always. Enjoy it!
