The time for movie awards is coming up with the Golden Globe running at the end of the week. The best performing actors and actresses are nominated waiting to grab the awards of the year. What W Magazine did with these best performers is amazing: the magazine's new Best Performances photo spread captured the movie celebrities in a very bright and colourful make-up and dress up, making the most-popular actors and actresses almost unrecognizable. 

This year's movie issue of the magazine has been shot by talented photographer Tim Walker and features movie stars such as  Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone, Benedict Cumberbatch, Keira Knightley, Julianne Moore, Amy Adams, Shailene Woodley, Reese Witherspoon and many others.
