- 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 4 - 6oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2. Strawberry and Blueberry smoothie

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla soymilk (regular
milk works too)
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries (fresh
or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberry (fresh
or frozen)
- 6 ounces non-fat
vanilla yogurt (any flavor will work)
3. Green Tea, Blueberry and Banana Smoothie
Green tea is antioxidant rich which makes this one exceptionally nutritional.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 green tea bag
- 2 tsp honey
- 1½ c frozen blueberries
- ½ med banana
- ¾ c calcium fortified light vanilla soy milk
Separately make tea with the teabag and the hot water and then add it to the blender with the rest of the items. You can add some more water if necessary. Blend it all together until it's smooth.

4. Green Smoothie - Spinach with Avocado and Apple
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups
apple juice
- 2 cups
stemmed and chopped spinach or kale
- 1 apple—unpeeled,
cored, and chopped
- 1/2 avocado, chopped

7. Tropical Avocado and Peach Smoothie
