So, below I'm providing you a few healthy smoothie recipes which will help you stay in shape, get the vitamins you need and just enjoy the taste, because they are so yummy.

1. Sunrise Smoothie

This tropical-tasting smoothie is antioxidant because of berries. It includes vitamin C from a whole orange, a punch of potassium from a frozen banana, and staying power from protein-packed Greek yogurt. So it's perfect for breakfast.


  • 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 4 - 6oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt

2. Strawberry and Blueberry smoothie

This one with creamy consistency is wonderful for breakfast. Strawberry is perfect option for people who have problems with blood sugar. It's very tasty and dietetic at the same time.


  • 1⁄2 cup vanilla soymilk (regular milk works too)
  • 1⁄2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen)
  • 6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt (any flavor will work)

3. Green Tea, Blueberry and Banana Smoothie

Green tea is antioxidant rich which makes this one exceptionally nutritional.


  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1½ c frozen blueberries
  • ½ med banana
  • ¾ c calcium fortified light vanilla soy milk

Separately make tea with the teabag and the hot water and then add it to the blender with the rest of the items. You can add some more water if necessary. Blend it all together until it's smooth.

4.  Green Smoothie - Spinach with Avocado and Apple


  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • cups stemmed and chopped spinach or kale
  • apple—unpeeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped

5. Watermelon Smoothie

  • 2 c chopped watermelon
  • ¼ c fat-free milk
  • 2 c ice

6. Green Monster Smoothie

  • 1 small frozen ripe banana, peeled
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp Better n Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt

7. Tropical Avocado and Peach Smoothie

Avocados fill the body with fiber, folate, and vitamin K, besides the healthy fats in avocados boosts nutrition absorption.


  • 2 cups sliced peaches, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice, or juice of your choice

8. Peach Strawberry Smoothie

Besides being high in vitamin C, this smoothie also contains good amounts of beta carotene, calcium, magnesium, manganese, folate, iodine, potassium, and vitamins B1 and K.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3-5 ice cubes

9.Double C Smoothie with Papaya and Kiwi

  • 1 small (9-ounce) papaya (preferably strawberry variety), peeled and chopped

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons light agave nectar, divided
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 chopped peeled kiwifruit, divided

10. Green Power Gulp Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup water
