You should only display Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.

Glosty’s Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use the information provided. By using our Services, you agree that Glosty can treat such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

For Content that is covered by intellectual property rights (IP content), such as photos and videos, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, transmit, publish, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (this relates mainly to the published Content).

As part of providing you the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.

You may need a Glosty account (“Account”) in order to use some of our Services, including, but not limited to, creating and publishing articles, commenting on and assessing articles, applying for the Fashion Ambassador Program etc. For creating an Account, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. You will provide correct, current and complete information. You are responsible for any activity that happens on or through your Glosty Account. You will secure the confidentiality of your password. You will not allow anyone else accesses your account, or do anything else that might put at risk the security of your account. While selecting a username for your account, you agree that we may remove or reclaim it if we find it appropriate.

While accessing or using the Services you will not do any of the following:

1. request login information or access an account belonging to someone else;
2. access, or use non-public areas of the Services, Glosty’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Glosty’s providers;
3. scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security;
4. post illegal commercial communications (such as spam);
5. collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Glosty, using automated means;
6. upload viruses or other malicious code;
7. use Glosty to undertake any unauthorized, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory activity;
8. promote or support any violations of this Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy.

Glosty will not tolerate an inappropriate or offensive language. Inappropriate or offensive language includes, but is not limited to, any language or content that is sexually oriented, sexually suggestive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, bigoted, incites violence or other unlawful behaviour, or contains racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

Content that are considered to be inappropriate in this way or otherwise unlawful, may be deleted without prior notification. Comments and articles that are misleading and off-topic may also be deleted. Articles public under irrelevant Categories and Interests, may be deleted or modified to be categorized appropriately.

Any Content on Glosty may not be reproduces, distributed, transmitted, cached or otherwise used, except with the prior written permission of Glosty. This includes, but is not limited to, published articles and comments.

The entire content of Glosty, including all information, title, software, texts, displays, images, video, audio and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are exclusively owned by Glosty. The Services are protected by copyright, and other laws of both the Australia and foreign countries. You have no right the Glosty name or any of the Glosty trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Glosty, or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions without any obligation to you.

All Content, whether published or transmitted through private messages, is the sole responsibility of the person who created such Content. Any use or reliance on any Content posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk.

You realize that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate. Under no circumstances will Glosty be responsible in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind resulted by the use of any Content posted, emailed, or otherwise made available via the Services.

We reserve absolute right at all times to remove or refuse to publish any Content on the Services, to suspend or terminate users. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to.

We do not necessarily, support, sanction, encourage, verify, or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted by any user on Glosty. Nor do we or our third party service providers make any warranties as to any of the merchandise featured or mentioned on Glosty. Any Content, including advice and opinions, are the views and responsibility of those who post the statements.

If you are a Fashion Ambassador to Glosty, the following additional terms apply to you:

1. You will not provide any false personal information on Glosty;
2. You will provide an accurate and up-to-date contact information;
3. You will not show third party ads without Glosty’s written permission;
4. You completely realize and recognize that you as a Fashion Ambassador are a volunteer on Glosty and you will not be paid for your activity on Glosty, unless advised otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, publishing articles and comments, participating in Weekly Challenges, giving feedback and comments;
5. You will agree and comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Glosty may time from time publish Content on behalf of third parties. Glosty is moderated daily, and we reserve the right to refuse to post, or delete any articles without prior notice. However, we do not and cannot review all Content published on Glosty by users and we are not responsible for such Content.

Glosty respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. While writing articles, you will not copy any text from other sources without citing it.

We reserve the right to remove any Content violating intellectual property rights without prior notice, and without liability to you. If necessary, we may also terminate a user’s account.

You may end your legal agreement with Glosty at any time for any reason by deactivating your account.

We may suspend or terminate your Glosty account at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, if there are reasonable signs of having violated these Terms and Conditions, and you activities create risk or possible legal exposure for us; or our provision of the Services to you is no longer commercially viable.

GLOSTY DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF ANY CONTENT PUBLISHED OR TRANSFERRED THROUGH PRIVATE MESSAGES. THE CONTENT IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS” AND ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ASSESSING THE ACCURACY OF THE CONTENT AND RELY ON IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE PROVIDING GLOSTY WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT GLOSTY WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. GLOSTY TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH GLOSTY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions, for instance, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. If you continue accessing or using the Services it constitutes your acceptance of our amended terms.

While signing up for Glosty, you voluntarily provide us with certain information, including, but not limited to, name, profile photo, gender, birth date, email address, preferred Categories and Interests, published articles, comments, upvotes and downvotes.

We also automatically create and record certain technical information, when you access and use our Services. The technical information includes log data; cookie data (“session” or “persistent”), for instance, to store account preferences or other settings; and device information.

The collected information from you is used to provide you with our Services, to improve them, to protect Glosty and its users.

The information is also used to:

1. offer you customized content, including suggesting Categories and Interests that you might like, displaying you ads that you might be interested in;
2. send you updates, newsletters and marketing materials and other Content that correspond to your interests and preferences;
3. respond to your questions or feedbacks.

You can access and change the information in your Glosty Account at any time for any reason, including your username, name and surname, date of birth, city, country, and password. You can also deactivate you Glosty Account at any time for any reason. We may retain archived copies of your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

After deactivating your account, you have an option to activate it back by just signing in.

Glosty is a unique website where you can show your talent of writing fashion articles. Any Content submitted, posted, or displayed by you will be viewed by other users of the Services and through third party services and websites.

Glosty may disclose collected information when we find it necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public, any person, or Glosty; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

We may also share non-personally identifiable information with Glosty partners to improve and develop our Services.

When filling in the application form for Fashion Ambassador Program, you give us personal information and contact details. This information will not be displayed publicly and provided to third parties, excluding the information already existing in your Glosty Account.

Glosty does not provide Services to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, that information will be deleted as quickly as possible. If you learn that your minor child has given us personal information without your permission, please contact us.
